Refund policy
We have an all sales are final return policy.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and not installed previously or cut, with proper labels, and with it's original tube (if applicable). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at turfcenterlv@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a exchange process email, as well as instructions on how to bring your items back into the WILL CALL area. Items brought back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as used/open glue canisters, custom products (such as special orders), used pallets of pavers and open boxes of nails. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, remnants or precut rolls/pieces.
Exchanges
The exchange process is fairly easy as long as it is done within the same day.
Refunds
We do have an all sales are final. No refunds will be given. Once you have requested an exchange and have been approved, you can bring your items back to our warehouse. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if it was approved or not.
